Scholarship Program

The Haynes International Inc and Cabot Club Scholarship Program 

Application requests are now being accepted for the 2021 Haynes International, Inc. and Cabot Club Scholarship Program.

Important Information: Before submitting any forms, please contact Mickey Kelly in the Human Resources department at 765-456-6122 or e-mail to make sure you and your child/grandchild will qualify for the program. No application request will be accepted after February 15, 2021.  

Who is eligible?

  • Graduating high school seniors, who are children or grandchildren of full-time Haynes employees with three or more years of service.

About the Scholarship:
The Haynes / Cabot Club Scholarship Program provides up to five individual scholarship awards. Each recipient will receive a $2,000 annual award for four years, provided they maintain satisfactory academic standing and progress toward a 4-year degree from an accredited college or university. The five scholarships include:

  • Two scholarships and one alternate award are based upon scholastic achievement
  • One scholarship and one alternate for all-around achiever
  • Two scholarships and one alternate award based upon community service engagement with active participation in projects or works of an organization(s)

The Scholarship Application Request Form must be filled out by a Haynes Employee. Please click here to complete the application request form. If you want to manually fill it out and submit it to Mickey Kelly, please click here.  No application request will be accepted after February 15, 2021.  

Next Steps:
If your child/grandchild qualifies for the program, they will receive an email that explains the next steps. The email will have a link to a website that contains all information about the scholarship program and the forms that need to be completed. 

Selection Process:
The Selection Committee will first review all applications and then select the top applicants for each scholarship.

Neither Haynes International nor Cabot Club will, in any way, be involved in the selection process of the scholarship winners. The actual evaluation, interview, and selection of the applicants for the awards are the responsibilities of a scholarship committee. This committee is made up of representatives from schools of higher education in our area.
